IT Certification Programs

Overview

Five career-defining vendor certifications, every one delivered as a structured 3-semester pathway. Pick a single track to laser-focus on one credential — or stack two adjacent pathways (e.g. A+ → Network+ → Security+) to graduate as a full IT generalist. Each semester pairs exam-prep theory with hands-on lab simulations, weekly office hours, and a capstone certificate you keep regardless of exam day.

What you'll learn

• A+ — Hardware, OS troubleshooting, networking + security ops (Core 1 + Core 2)
• Network+ — TCP/IP, routing, switching, wireless, network defense (N10-009)
• Security+ — Threats, cryptography, IAM, incident response, GRC (SY0-701)
• AWS Cloud Practitioner — EC2, S3, IAM, billing, well-architected (CLF-C02)
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals — Compute, storage, identity, governance (AZ-900)
• Across every track: timed exam strategy, interactive labs, capstone write-ups, recruiter-ready portfolio artifacts

Outcomes

• Pass at least one CompTIA, AWS or Microsoft vendor exam
• Earn 3 ZHELTA capstone certificates per track (one per semester) — credentialed even if you delay the official exam
• Build a LinkedIn-ready project portfolio with PC builds, network diagrams, SIEM tickets and cloud deploys
• Qualify for IT Support, Help Desk, NOC Tier 1, Junior Cloud Engineer, or SOC Analyst Tier 1 roles

3. CompTIA Security+ · 3 semesters

   AWS
