Warranty
Every product sold through ZHELTA Services carries the full manufacturer warranty — and we handle the claim paperwork for you so you do not have to deal with the vendor directly.
Standard coverage
Most laptops, monitors, and peripherals ship with a 1-year limited warranty from the manufacturer covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Extended protection
Add 2 or 3 years of accidental damage and battery coverage at checkout for select brands. Pricing varies by product and is shown in the cart.
Filing a claim
Email support@zhelta.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We will diagnose, contact the manufacturer on your behalf, and ship a replacement or repair within 5 business days for in-warranty hardware.
What is not covered
Cosmetic damage, liquid spills (without ADP), unauthorised repair, and consumables (cables, batteries past their service life) are excluded from base warranty.
