Most ZHELTA Services orders ship the same business day from our New York warehouse. Tracking is emailed the moment your label prints.

Delivery options

Choose the speed that fits — pricing is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Standard ground — 3 to 5 business days
  • Two-day air — order by 1 PM ET to ship same day
  • Overnight — order by 12 PM ET, signature on delivery

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email within 30 minutes of dispatch. Order status is also visible inside your account under My Orders.

International shipping

ZHELTA Services ships to 20 countries across 6 regions. Tariffs, duties, and any import paperwork are handled on your behalf at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

Transit times below are from our New York warehouse to the destination country's main hub. Last-mile delivery to rural addresses may add 1–2 business days.

  • North America (3–5 business days) — United States, Canada
  • Europe (4–7 business days) — United Kingdom, European Union, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain
  • Middle East (5–9 business days) — United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Israel
  • Asia-Pacific (6–10 business days) — Japan, China, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Australia

Shipping to a country not listed?

We regularly add new destinations. Email support@zhelta.com with the country, quantity, and preferred delivery window and our freight team will come back within one business day with a custom quote.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package is missing or arrived damaged, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date and we will arrange replacement or refund — no return required for damaged goods.
