Returns & Refunds
If something is not right, you have 14 days from delivery to return it. We cover the return shipping label on defective items.
14-day return window
Items must be in original condition with all included accessories and packaging. Software, opened consumables, and clearance items are final sale.
How to start a return
Open My Orders inside your account, find the order, and click Request return. We will email a prepaid label and RMA number within one business day.
Refund timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Most banks post the credit in 5 to 7 days.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or model? Place a new order for the replacement and return the original — that ships your replacement faster than waiting for an inbound exchange.
